This results from the high values of flexural and shear rigidity of panels. Shelter shape remains unaffected by shocks and stresses encountered during transit/or during handling by defence personal. Shelters maintains its geometry even when it rests on three points.

 
Impact Strength
 

The core has good compressive and shear strength this not only makes the shelter resistant to impact but also ensures a rigid structure. Dents if any caused due to impact loads on external facing will not be transmitted to the inner facings thereby protecting the costly and sophisticated equipment's housed inside the shelters during accidents.

 
Insulation
 

The combination of strong thin aluminum alloy facings and closed cell plastic core material ensures excellent thermal insulation. Also incorporation of thermal barrier material below the inner facing and core avoids thermal bridging and provides good excellent service.

 
Electronic Shielding
 

We have Achieved EMI Shielding levels of 80 dB + FROM 1 KHz to 18GHz in a constant manner, which are the highest achieved by any company in the country. These High shielding levels were made possible by the development of All-Welded Shelter  Technology, where in the shelter panels are assembled by welding the internal and external joints between the panels (Usage of rivets in

assembly is completely eliminated). Welded joints exhibit the least joint impedance.
